Tomorrow we finish and lose our super human metabolism.

We had two great trails to ride on today. What a treat to get off the busy highways. It has been quite the odyssey to get here. Amy is a rock. Pam has been the most amazing blessing to us. She has served us better than we deserve. When you get up early everyday and ride lots of miles, you are grouchy. She has been our logistics expert. I have had two ladies and a dog put up with my crap for 7 weeks. I am humbled and undeserving. Thanks to Amy for the tireless planning and riding. Almost home!

  2. Joel, you and Amy have awed me with your tenacity and grit. So glad to have done this with you two.

  3. What a team the four of you are! It was the perfect match-up of skill sets. I am a little concerned that Finn is now looking at the world upside down (I laughed so hard at that picture). This adventure has been a delight to follow and your pictures are phenomenal. I hope that Amy makes a collage of all the shadow pictures of you guys on your bikes. I think those are priceless. You guys are all rock stars in my book!

In Gainesville. Two days left.

Back in Florida!

Day started with a 2 hour rain delay. Then we got rolling on some wet roads. Rode a cool bike trail in Alabama before we left the state. Saw some northwest Florida beach for the first time. Peddled through Pensacola and went by the military base. Climbed a few bridges and Florida hills. Staying in Milton tonight.
